Review of Fairest Novel
Fairest is the second book in The Lunar Chronicles series by Marissa Meyer. It follows Cinder and Scarlet and tells the story of the android, Iko, who becomes a human after getting an illegal surgery to look like her friend, Nainsi. This is a review of Fairest by Marissa Meyer.
Fairest is an easy read with great characters and a good plot. The main character, Iko, is funny and exciting – she’s also very different from other people because she’s an android rather than a human.
She has many different emotions throughout the book, which makes her seem more real than just another character in a book. There are also several other significant characters, including Queen Levana. She has such an evil personality that makes you want to hate her!
The plot was good because it kept me hooked right until the end. There were many surprises along the way (especially regarding how things develop with Iko), which made me want to read more quickly. What happened next! The only thing I wasn’t happy about was that it ended so soon!
